We offer regular and one-off commercial cleaning, plus a range of speciality cleaning and maintenance services.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Surrey Hills, Melbourne, but we cover the Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas.
Which areas of Melbourne and Brisbane do you service?
We currently service within 25 to 30km of the Melbourne and Brisbane CBD.
When can you clean?
We can clean whenever you need us, seven days a week.
Which areas of the building do you clean?
Wherever you need us to clean. We’ll tailor your cleaning plan for your needs.
Will we have a client manager?
Yes, you’ll have a client manager to answer your questions and offer ongoing support.
Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, and we only use Australian commercial-grade cleaning equipment and premium products to ensure you get the best quality clean.
What if our regular cleaning falls on a public holiday?
No problem. We’re happy to clean on public holidays. But if you don’t need us, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
How often will you clean?
It’s up to you, but we recommend a weekly or twice-weekly clean for optimal cleanliness.
Will we have the same cleaner every time?
We’ll allocate regular cleaners, but when your regular cleaners go on leave, another professional team will step in.
How much do you charge?
We used fixed rates for different cleaning tasks. Get in touch for an obligation-free quote.
What payment types do you accept?
We’ll generally invoice you, but you can pay by card, EFT or cash.
Can we add one-off services to our regular cleaning?
You sure can. Your client manager will happily arrange this for you.
Will I be locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. You’ll have a service agreement, which you can cancel at any time.
Do you have any sustainability practices?
We have eco-friendly cleaning products available. All our staff also undertake training in environmentally friendly practices, such as how to dispose of rubbish correctly.
What cleaning products do you use?
You can choose from regular cleaning products or eco-friendly, vegetable-based products. All our products offer an exceptional-quality clean.
What happens if we’re not 100% satisfied with your service?
In the unlikely event this happens, please let your client manager know immediately. They will either ask you to send them some photos or will visit you for a quick review. If the cleaning doesn’t meet the high standards we promise, we’ll re-do it at no extra cost, or we won’t charge you for the first cleaning.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have $20 million public liability insurance, the highest available in Australia.
Who will clean my home or office?
We’ll allocate one or more of our experienced and highly trained cleaners to clean your building. If you like their work, we can make them your regular cleaners. We only hire cleaners with a valid Australian work visa and offer excellent working conditions to attract the best staff.
Are your cleaners screened?
Yes. All our cleaners provide a police check before they join our team.
What happens to our keys/security cards?
We’ll give your key to one of the trusted cleaners in your cleaning team. We’ll ask them to sign a key/card allocation form for our records. We check all the keys/cards regularly to ensure they’re safe. In the unlikely event your key or security card goes missing, our insurance will cover its replacement cost.
