Step 1. Contact us
Get in touch with us to speak to a friendly CarePlus client service representative about your cleaning needs and goals.
Step 2. Consultation
A CarePlus team member will tour your home or workplace to examine all your spaces and learn more about your cleaning needs. They’ll also take you through our range of cleaning products.
Step 3: Custom cleaning plan
We’ll put together a personalised cleaning service plan outlining your cleaning schedule, inclusions and costs.
Step 4: Introductions
Once you’re happy with your cleaning service plan, we’ll introduce you to your client manager, who will be available for ongoing support.
Step 5: First clean
Your client manager will guide your cleaners through your cleaning plan as they complete your first clean. We’ll be in touch afterwards for your honest feedback.
Step 6: Regular cleaning
We’ll clean at the agreed times, and your client manager will perform regular inspections to ensure your clean continues to meet our high-quality standards. We welcome your feedback at any stage.
